Joris Voorn 'Horizon' on Spectrum (NL)

Joris Voorn, credited on 'Horizon', is on the bill at Club M2 Miami on 21 Mar, alongside Argy, GIGEE and Yotto.

The record, on Spectrum (NL) and filed as Melodic House & Techno, came out the following day, as Miami moves through the month of March.

Miss Monique's own chart also carries PÔNGO's 'Rotowash' at fifth, on UPPERGROUND. The Club M2 Miami bill from that night also carried Argy, GIGEE and Yotto, and Miss Monique was on the bill there again the following night for Resistance Miami, alongside Artbat, Kasia and Sevenn.

Percussion and harmony hold equal ground throughout, a drum part left with plenty of air in it, forward in level with middling headroom, and a moderately bright top end running through the whole record. Fourth of 12 on a chart from an artist who shared his own room the night before is a strong showing for a record barely a day old, on a night with more names on one bill than most weeks carry across several nights combined.
