Shimza, Alex Wann 'Skill Of Love' on Helix Records

'Skill Of Love' is Shimza and Alex Wann's first release on Helix Records since 'BADO' came out on 6 September 2024, a gap of about seven months. The Extended Mix is filed as Afro House and came out on 18 April, the label's 66th release of the year with its tally for 2025 reaching 78.

Francis Mercier placed it fifth of 10 in his Found Love chart on 23 April. Harmony leads the track rather than percussion, with steady, unhurried work from the drums, sitting high in level and flat under its peaks, with a moderately bright top end.

Helix Records' catalogue also includes Shimza's 'Parachute', a link between two records that share both artist and label.
