PROFF, Khen, Volen Sentir 'Mirage' on Anjunadeep

Nothing else in this batch of organic house releases moves quicker than 'Mirage', which tops out at 122 BPM in the Extended Mix, on Anjunadeep. Khen placed it third of 10 in his own 'Mirage' Chart on 11 December, the same chart that put Sébastien Léger's 'Pakpak', on Lost Miracle, at eighth. Anjunadeep itself was last heard from on 25 September, with Marsh and ALLKNIGHT's 'Rabbit Hole feat. ALLKNIGHT', a rather different pairing altogether.

Mirage splits its weight evenly between drums and tone, running full and busy from start to finish without ever letting up. It is a percussion-heavy organic house cut, and the quickest thing in this particular field, built by three separate producers working together on one single record.
