Paraleven 'Anonymous' on DistroKid

Dirty South has included Paraleven's latest single, 'Anonymous', in his In Bloom Chart, placing it second of 10 on the list he shared on 20 February. The track was released on 31 January.

For Paraleven, 'Anonymous' adds another chapter to a catalogue that has run to 21 releases since July 2019. Those releases have mostly come on Rose Avenue, with four on Armada Electronic Elements and three on This Never Happened. The most recent before this one was 'Meant To Be' on Armada Electronic Elements in December 2024.

At 122 BPM, 'Anonymous' is weighted towards its percussion. A dense hit pattern carries the track, with a moderate level and headroom that leave room for a treble that carries the melodic elements. The result is a record built around its rhythmic detail rather than broad gestures, a point that has clearly not been lost on Dirty South, who has featured it in the second spot of his chart.
