Moritz Hofbauer 'We Begin' on FCKNG SERIOUS
Boris Brejcha placed 'We Begin' ninth of 24 in his own Playlist of the Week on 12 Aug, the same week he is on the bill at Ushuaïa Ibiza on 16 Aug for ANTS Metalworks. The Moritz Hofbauer track, on FCKNG SERIOUS and filed as Melodic House & Techno, came out in June, as peak season keeps Ibiza and Mykonos at their busiest.
"The powerful track has served as the atmospheric intro to his live shows around the world - and is now finally available as an official release," the label said, a background that puts the studio release well behind the track's own life on stage.
18 of the 24 records on Brejcha's own chart carry the FCKNG SERIOUS name, and the Ushuaïa bill that night also lists Andrea Oliva, Chelina Manuhutu, Francisco Allendes and Raul Rodriguez alongside him. Ninth of 24 puts 'We Begin' inside that run rather than at either end of it.
