Moonclipse 'Doux' on Shamanic Tales
Astrix, half of Moonclipse alongside Omri Sasi, placed 'Doux' first of 15 on his own Glitch in Reality Chart on 22 March, a list where eight of the 15 records carry the Shamanic Tales name. The Melodic House and Techno record was released 25 March, arriving as Miami moves through March.
Shamanic Tales said of the release: "Doux is the latest output from the duo, an irresistibly groovy tune."
At 122 BPM, the track is weighted towards its harmony, with a dense hit pattern running loud and forward and little movement under the peaks. Not much air survives up top, keeping the mix close rather than open. It is a groovy, well textured piece of production that backs up what the label says about it.
