Giuseppe Ottaviani, ARTBAT, Conor Ross 'Break The Loop' on UPPERGROUND

UPPERGROUND: returns in style as ARTBAT join forces with Giuseppe Ottaviani and Conor Ross for a new single, 'Break The Loop', which is out now on the label. It's the second release on UPPERGROUND: this year, following on from Vintage Culture and ARTBAT's earlier 'She The Last One' which landed on 22 January. This new one is quintessential melodic techno for main stage moments, with a huge feeling of scale and drama across the record. It features a clear, dynamic vocal from Conor Ross who wraps his larynx around a soaring topline that will have the biggest crowds singing along from the first listen.

It is an anthemic track that joins the dots between trance and melodic techno; between the emotive synth work of the former and the driving, surefooted grooves of the latter. The drums are tight, with a punchy kick that propels it forward, and the percussion is layered with hi-hats and rides to make sure it locks dancers in as the synths swirl up and around the mix with masses of color and emotion.
