Final Request 'What's Up' on Invented

The Tulum season is into its second month, and the extended mix of Final Request's 'What's Up' is finding favour with Argy, who placed it 11th of 12 on his NEWORD II chart of 26 Jan. The record was released through Invented on 31 Oct 2025.

The production holds the focus on the interplay of its two main elements, drum and chord, keeping the percussion regular and fixed. The top end sits bright, with little space under the peaks, the whole mix running forward at 124 BPM.

'What's Up' arrives at a moment of momentum for Final Request, whose 'Quantum Echoes, Pt. I' came out on Afterlife in September 2025. The project has put out 26 releases since February 2022, with homes on ATLANT, Black Rose Recordings, BeatFreak Recordings and Eklektisch.
