Da Le (Havana)'s 'Oshosi Orisha' returns to Deep Root Tribe in the extended mix, filed as Afro house and released on 19 May, the artist's first release on the label since 'Oggun's Path' on 30 July 2021, a gap of about 22 months. Francis Mercier placed it seventh of 15 on his chart, posted 4 July, a list where four of the 15 records sit on Deep Root Tribe.

Drums and harmony share the load evenly through 'Oshosi Orisha', the percussion carrying plenty of incident of its own. The mix sits high in level, flat under the peaks, and the top end stays kept dim, giving the track a dense, grounded weight.

Deep Root Tribe was last covered on 9 July, with QT-HIGH, Viel (IT) and ARYMÉ's 'Falling', and 'Oshosi Orisha' ends Da Le (Havana)'s near two year wait to return to the label.
