ALIGEE, Bunbeck 'Grateful' on Flying Hearts
ALIGEE and Bunbeck released 'Grateful' alongside opener 'Got Love' on Flying Hearts on 29 September. The label describes 'Got Love' as pairing an upbeat, danceable groove with chords and lyrics built for deeper reflection, and the two producers frame the pair as something bigger than either song alone. "Ultimately, we hope the songs encourage listeners to feel gratitude for the gift of being alive and for our ability to love and experience life," ALIGEE and Bunbeck said of the release.
Where 'Got Love' opens with that immediate pull, 'Grateful' settles into a steadier groove, closing out a release built on movement and emotion as much as rhythm. Yulia Niko featured the track on her Melodig chart for the week of 2 October, where it placed seventh of fifteen.
